Contact number of suppliers list Contact and coordinate Marketing Solution deals with target suppliers
Coordinate (with his direct manager) digital tasks (comments reply, inbox checking – designers follow up)
Communicate with the internal departments commercial, sales, and finance regarding any issues related to digital marketing
Perform Data/information management, category management, process redesign
Collect digital request from internal department and applying the validate SOP
Support in prepare visual and content of digital posts
Prepare the weekly online posts ensuring the spelling accuracy, time schedule and data validation
Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, suitable discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in a Pharmaceutical industry or a similar job
Knowledge of Digital Marketing basics is must
Knowledge of Procurement process, contract management, financial, market & supplier analysis
Understanding of supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization
Knowledge of (Suppliers relationship basics)
Good command in excel and PowerPoint
Time management, Problem solving skills
Ability to analyze and create solutions for business needs
Communication, follow up and accuracy skills.
Good command of English language.
