Major Accountabilities:
- Develops deep understanding of competitive market conditions that affect access for individual AZ brands or have impact on overall industry
- Identify crucial unmet medical needs for payers / patients / physicians, burden of disease and illustrate value proposition of oncology AZ brands
- Drives Market Access launch excellence with new launched oncology brands CFTs starting from pre-launch phase
- Expand Access in national reimbursement and formularies, NGOs and other business channels for AZ oncology portfolio and ensure optimum pricing while listing AZ brands in different tenders
- Develop local value stories for strategic oncology AZ brands based on stakeholders insights, international value stories and commercial strategies
- Builds HTA concept in payers’ mindset and drive establishing economical value for AZ oncology portfolio through different pharmacoeconomic models based on either global or local data
- Monitors environment and practices for shifts in trends or behaviors, interprets likely impact and suggests appropriate actions
- Evaluates changing marketplace and proactively makes recommendations on pricing strategies as related to managed care, reimbursement environment and national regulations
