Portal Management for Pharmaceutical Company

Responsibilities
For the 1st Portal: Monitoring and reporting of Adverse Events (AE), preparing description for courses and videos and content proof-reading.

For the 2nd Portal: Content proof-reading only.
In addition, the tasks are expected to be performed by the candidate as follows:
Daily monitoring of the portals to identify if any Adverse Events (AEs)/Special Situations (SS) are reported. If an AE/SS is identified this has to be reported directly to the company within 1 business day with a screenshot showing the date and time it was posted.
Tracking of the daily monitoring activities on daily basis.
CTV is to be conducted on a monthly basis (CTV is a document that is part of the process –which will be explained further during the training, a document to be filled for the audit)
Safety training (~ 2hrs. duration) to be provided before the launch of the activities with annual refresher safety training.

Working remotely
From 9:00 am till 5:00 pm 5 days/week.
Assignment Duration 1 year (subject for renewal)

Qualifications
Bachelor of pharmacy.
3-5 years of experience in pharma industry
