Purchasing Coordinator - Giza - Delta Aromatic International


About the Job
  • Purchasing raw materials, production requirements and packaging from the local market and following up their supply schedule with the supplier and any other requirements required by the work necessity that are purchased from the local market.
  • Coordinate the internal work in the department as a whole with regard to coordinating files and documents, receiving internal and external phone calls , and responding to suppliers' inquiries.
  • Receive purchase requisitions sent on SAP for raw materials and packaging purchased from the local market
  • Contact local suppliers and request samples for inspection prior to delivery if required
  • Requests for prices from more than one supplier are requested according to the certified suppliers of the material to choose the best quality and price and present it to the purchasing manager to choose and approve the best for the purchase.
  • Follow up on the local supplies that were previously ordered daily to ensure that they reach the stores within the specified dates with the supplier and that no delay occurs
Job Requirements
  •  Bachelor degree (prefer graduate from faculty of commerce )
  • 1- 3 year experience in related field (chemical or cosmetic companies)
  •  V.Good in English
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent commands in Microsoft office is a must.
  •  Work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maximum Age 30 years
