We are looking for bright, confident people to join our rapidly expanding sales team, serving community Patient , pharmacy and other healthcare providers with medical equipment and other pharmaceutical supplies
Responsibilities
- Generating leads databases to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
- Facilitating sales of all products according to company and client requirements via phone
- Assisting customers with knowledge of all products and services
- Administering all customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution within the required guidelines
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands TC’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Preparing all new contracts and handling all incoming calls
- Ensuring an optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and processing all orders via phone or e-mail
- Providing quality customer service via phone or e-mail, including relating information and answering questions regarding products and services, billing, collections, and any other types of inquiries
- Demonstrating full understanding of current marketing and sales campaigns and offers and communicating them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales
- Excellent command of the English language
- Demonstrated experience in managing customers
- Experience with digital education portals, technology, and software preferred
