- Responsible for all quality topics related to both warehouse A&B (point of contact)
- Responsible for handling all investigations (QARs or Events) at warehouses
- Responsible for all quality actions (QAR, CCR and CT actions)
- Responsible for handling data loggers at warehouses
- Escort for corporate or external audits.
- Back up for controlled substances (Pregabalin)
- Aware with all MSDS or storage conditions for Raw materials and APIs.
- Creating and updating warehouse SOPs
- Act as internal auditor for all warehouse processes
- Responsible for dispensing all Raw materials and APIs required on batches to production areas (solid dosage form & semi solid dosage form).
- Dispensing of packaging materials according to weekly schedule.
- Applying the returns from production to complete the reconciliation sheet before sending the batch to be released by QA
- Apply First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) policy for additional materials
- Second Check and Reviewer on the dispensed batches if dispensed by another authorized warehouse person.
- Responsible for transfer steps on system for finished goods to be released by QA
- Responsible for storing received materials in designated locations in all materials warehouses including WH-A/ its attached stored, WH-B/ its attached stores including rejects, flammable, corrosive, Cephalosporin’s, & B-Lactam, external warehouses/ 3PLs including all related ERP transactions)#LI-PFE
