Altibbi, the leading digital healthcare website in Arabic, is looking for a dynamic and motivated person who will work on a new product with lots of traction and booked orders pending delivery.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success. The candidate will achieve this by looking for creative ways that boost engagement and develop an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to resolve and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
· Operates as an Onboarding Specialist then as an Account Manager for the assigned partners
· Engage with doctors to push for utilization
· Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
· Create and maintain relationships with doctors to better understand and achieve their needs to create value
· Act as second-line support when needed
· Design & deliver training to partners on the system features and usability
Qualifications
· Previous account management experience (1 to 4 years), background in Pharma is a plus
· Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
· Working from the office
· Problem-solving skills and willing to try different solutions
· A leader at heart
· Excellent communication skills
