Your tasks and responsibilities
  • You will drive the reputation of digital health portfolio in the assigned market to achieve Revenue and Order Intake targets.
  • You will establish customer references as strong lever for future growth
  • You will collaborate closely within the Siemens Healthcare region and with the Business Line to identify potential new offerings and opportunities to meet customer needs and drive new growth
  • You will develop/deploy the sales for own Enterprise Services (ES) & Digital Health services (DH) elements portfolio elements as provided by ES plan, ensuring the country sales volumes budget in order to contribute to Sales ES / DS Global and zone budget.
  • You will develop strong internal relationships and process know how in order to ensure timely and adequate response to customer needs
  • You will propose, support and deploy specific in-country projects to realize, for own Enterprise Services (ES) & Digital Health services (DH) elements, the targets of new orders, revenue and profitability in line with TOP strategic areas.
  • You will collaborate with MESA and Country Organization in implementation of roll-out concept for the ES & DH offerings and support him with continuous feedback to identify, develop and implement opportunities to create new service business solutions  
  • You will support Key customers' segmentation, in the assigned area of responsibility.  Anticipate Country Customer needs, ensure accomplishment of strategic market research and account customer surveys       
  • You will analyze and monitor own business plan and annual business targets including financial and non-financial KPIs                                                               
  • You will ensure overall professional CRM admin part is performed for his related business to own Enterprise Services Country area, basing on scope / size of business.
  • You will ensure compliance to all Siemens Healthcare guidelines
Your qualifications and experience
  • 5-8 years of commercial/sales/business development experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor Degree of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Communications, Medicine or Pharmaceutical.
  • Clinical background or previous exposure to clinical work environment is preferred.
  • Strong success track record in identifying and growing business opportunities in the market.
Your attributes and skills
  • Experience of working in the Services arena, better if within Healthcare industry as service/sales or business management role.
  • Proven experience managing complex business relationships and working within cross functional teams/processes to achieve goals. Strong evidence of ability to build solutions across multiple stakeholders in complex relationships is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business/financial commercial acumen and ability to discuss and negotiate complex deals and agreements.
