About the Job
- Planning / developing and implementing activities, product management and strategies to promote a product and helps in identifying the target audience of a product in addition to check the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies regularly parallel to achieving financial and operating targets.
- Analyzes all aspects of marketing such as analyzing competitors, industry analysis, statistical reports and IMS data in order identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives in addition to assist in organizing / integrating marketing tools and objectives delivery.
- Segments and chooses the right target customer in order to discover / satisfy his / her needs in a right / good manner better than competitors in addition to track / evaluate monthly budget plan and recommend cost-reduction initiatives without affecting badly the marketing objectives under supervision and through coordination with the Brand Manager.
- Works on the message creation and delivery for the right target customers per product in addition to deliver optimum training for concerned employees to achieve marketing strategic objectives.
- Performs measuring, analyzing and positioning of the products, prepares product marketing presentations and publications in addition to assist in organizing product advertising, promotion and media activities.
- Maintains accurate documentation of business processes, policies and priorities in addition to conduct market studies / researches and help create effective marketing programs.
- Supports in developing product pricing and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives in addition to identify new marketing opportunities to maximize revenue / growth.
- Prepares materials, tools and suitable content in order to show / illustrate the benefits of Parkville’s products in the right indications besides assisting in conducting marketing campaigns and tradeshows for product promotions.
- Supports sales management team through double visits and evaluating sales call results in addition to address product related inquiries and questions from sales management, commercial teams and customers in accurate and timely manner in order to provide an ongoing support / guidance to enhance the work flow / processes.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry sciences (Major Biology, biochemistry or Zoology).
Experience
- From 3 up to 6 years of related Job Function / Industry / Experience.
- 1-2 years' demonstrable Brand Management / Marketing Experience.
