- The Digital Medical Manager will build the digital medical strategy and roadmap for all business units and ensures that it is executed by responsible teams & functions. He/She will be an integral part of the Turkey Medical team and a key business partner to the digital & MCE team and be the point of contact within the medical team for all digital / e- activities/initiatives.Major responsibilities
- Building an overarching digital strategy and roadmap for the medical function in close cooperation with marketing & Multichannel Engagement teams.
- Securing that the digital strategy is aligned with the strategy & initiatives developed at Medical & Corporate level
- Setting a clear tactical plan with KPI’s & milestones for (and with) the various responsible teams to execute the strategy & roadmap
- Following up, guiding & supporting the responsible teams to secure that the tactical plan is executed in line with KPI’s & milestones
- Tracking defined KPI’s & milestones with analytics & regular reporting to Medical Head
- He/she will furthermore facilitate and have oversight on all other digitalization activities in the country medical organization.
- He/she needs to be up to date on internal and external best in class digital initiatives, increase country medical organization digital awareness.
- Leading the strategy and creation of the yearly digital medical plan for all business units as well as periodic updates to these plans.
- Ensuring appropriate tracking and execution of the digital medical tactical plan in Turkey according to established timelines and procedures, and on budget.
- Developing, maintaining expertise and align with corporate digital priorities, objectives and initiatives
- Plan, follow up on & facilitate Sanofi’s Integrated Digital Strategy for Medical Organization in Turkey
- Apply strategic input into e-commerce/ digital platforms and insights from e-commerce/ digital platforms into medical projects
- Input into medical education programs and other patient/public initiatives
- Provide rapid solutions to scientific and medical enquiries from internal stakeholders
- Ensure that all digital materials (promotional or nonpromotional) meet high standards and comply with codes and regulations
- Develop external partnerships
- Partner with MCE team to develop medical digital strategies for HCP engagement
- Support the development/selection/governance of content needed for the digital/e-commerce initiatives.
