The Personal Assistant provides various office and location support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services.
The Personal Assistant organizes meetings and appointments and conferences , books and arranges travel, transport and accommodation.
You will be responsible of typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence and will be managing databases and filing systems. You will be implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
You will be collating and filing expenses, you will ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
You will manage your own workload, expand technical contribution. Adding to that you will be responsible for recognizing a reportable Adverse Event (AE) and / or drug safety information and ensure that the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Drug Safety mailbox and to the Local drug safety officer (LDSO) and/or Shared Service Centre Manager (SSCM) within 24 hours.
This role will also require you to exchange straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding. And use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
Who you are:
- Typically requires a graduate degree (or equivalent) that provides knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a discipline.
- Requires some relevant professional experience (approximately 1-2 years as a guide)
- Requires a great communication skills
