Production Manager

The Production Manager supervises work performance in his respective area, identifies gaps and ensures cost efficient operations.

The Production Manager should also Work on maintaining talents and shaping the department’s future.

Facilitate coordination with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations
Responsibility for implementation of Data integrity program including ALCOA principles in the relevant work area.

Experience and Knowledge  

Essential Personal Qualifications

Experience with minimum 6 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing supervisory field.
Excellent leadership skills.
Ability to work in teams and to keep talents.
Ability to motivate his team and to work on solving conflicts.
Leading the change.
High managerial skills
