About the Job
- Analyse business specific target markets and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Implement tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional & Technical materials.
- Work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication.
- Develop & execute the implementation of marketing and strategic plans. Monitor and measure execution of marketing plans to ensure that goals and objectives are met through close cooperation with Sales Team.
- Develop and execute the implementation of product launch plans with inclusion of but not limited to guidelines about: (Market opportunity - Segmentation - Product positioning - Sales message and strategy – Pricing - Samples inventory - Sales promotion - Health Care Business Integrity guidelines).
- In coordination with Commercial Team, provide forecast input to supply chain.
- Coordinate market research to determine unmet needs, product requirements, acceptance, market trends and forces, success of promotional campaign, and concept testing of new promotional ideas.
- Ensure completion of market analysis and monitor competitive activity.
- Develop new concepts and manage the portfolio to prioritize for opportunities based on financial modeling and gap analysis.
- Build strong network with key opinion leaders and monitor industry developments impacting business.
- Constantly monitor marketing expenditures versus target.
- Interface with professional education management to provide business specific needs.
- Create & execute clinical education programs designed to teach procedural awareness and the safe and efficacious use of products.
- Work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.
- Execute & develop in-market hands on seminars & workshop correlating with the Company strategy.
- Coordinate market research to determine unmet needs, product requirements, acceptance, market trends and forces, success of promotional campaign, and concept testing of new promotional ideas.
- Support market development activities for emerging procedures.
- Identify with ProfEd regional and national institutions that serve as Centers of Excellence for various specialties and procedures.
- Review of KPAs:
- Reporting & Analysis of Marketing achievements for the company (Activities breakdown and feedback, territory management, etc.)
- Preparation & Implementation of the company Marketing Strategies and Business Plan requirements.
- Customer/ Market Place Focus.
- Prepare & execute launch plans of new products.
- Drive DTP campaigns throughout the region whenever decided.
Job Requirements
- Medical/Pharmaceutical/Business BSC.
- Minimum 3 years in Medical Devices field with preference in CVC/Urology/Dialysis fields
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
- Experience in market analysis
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Creativity Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
