About the Job
- Participates in translating business goals into research objectives, plans, and deliverable.
- Collect all literature related to products of concern.
- Performing instrument qualification & preparing SOPs for all procedures & instruments.
- Performing pre-formulation & formulation trials for any of the products under development or redevelopment inside or outside the plant according to the predetermined procedures.
- Prepare samples for stability, export & bio-equivalence studies.
- Documentation and reporting all formulation trials observation and results according to the predetermined procedures.
- Performing pilot trials and validation batches inside and outside as directed.
- Complying with the applicable GMP standards and procedures.
- Creates new analytical methods for the products to be registered and launched onto the market in accordance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance systems under the general supervision of the R&D Manager.
- Develops and implements methods of analysis and develops procedures and techniques of analysis for the products
- Prepares the requests needed for new laboratories or laboratory equipment and instrumentation to serve expanding operational requirements.
- Monitoring & operation of stability unit including of stability chambers operation.
- Conducting stability studies including preparation of stability plans, implementation of the study and related physical and chemical tests as well as preparing final stability reports including analysis of data & findings
- Reporting any other event or observation concerning equipment, utility, method, product or procedure and any other relevant item in the R&D department.
- Ensures productivity is sufficient to meet time constraints established for current procedures and processes.
- To perform any other task related to the job description or nature.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Any.
- English: Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Education: B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy is a must.
- Post graduate degree is a plus.
- Years of experience: 7 to 10 years’ experience in R&D & pharmaceutical industry.
- Age:40 years as a maximum.
Skills:
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Analytical Thinking.
Abilities:
- Capable of working in a team environment, delegating responsibilities.
Knowledge:
- Data Analysis, Pharmaceutical Processes, Research Methodologies.
