The summer trainee assist in creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. The main key responsibilities of this role are aiding with expanding competencies by performing structured work assignments according to existing procedures, resolving problems of limited complexity by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of knowledge, and acquired technical experience and the analysis of factual information.

The summer trainee role is strategic and impacts the effectiveness of own work team through the quality and timeliness of the work produced. It also requires working within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives, meet deadlines and gains some discretion in problem solving. This role will also require you to exchange straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding. And use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
