Co-Man Quality specialist, Cairo - Nestle

Position Summary

The main purpose of this job is to ensure compliance with Nestlé quality and food safety management systems for contract manufacturing product portfolio.      
          

A day in the life of...

• Plan and execute regular Quality and Food Safety audits according to NFSMS for the contract manufacturing sites
• Support development of HACCP studies with Co-Man and conduct HACCP validation as well as Food defense plan
• Support implementation of Nestlé specific pre-requisite programs and good manufacturing practices at Co-Man sites
• Develop QMS for Nestlé products in accordance with model category QMS and ensure implementation of proper quality controls at Co-Man sites
• Follow up on routine QA activities during normal operation e.g. product release, sampling, etc.
• Deploy Nestle QA category specific standards

• Ensure Laboratory Compliance and P-test implementation
• Implement Management of Change with Co-Man

What will make you successful

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Science, Engineering or any related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Manufacturing experience in multi categories in Ready to drink, Confectionary, Culinary and Coffee
• Good communication skills
• Certified Lead auditor for ISO 22000, FSSC 2200, ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 is a plus
• Flexibility to travel domestically
