About the Job
- Provides technical and process knowledge for water treatment/wastewater, product batching, product testing, package testing and supplier capability
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of production equipment (processing and packaging equipment) and its related impact on the overall quality
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of process improvements and technical developments
- Develops the team to solve day-to-day operational issues and achieved annual goals
- Delivers effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
- Communicates and collaborate cross-functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues
- Motivates team members to achieve plan goals
- Ensures compliance with all health & safety regulations including food safety
- Oversees regulatory audits/inspections (i.e. ISO F2200 Standard, GHEMS)
- Administer policies and procedure
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, Science, Pharmaceutical, or similar field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Beverage Industry is A Must
- Previous experience within the quality control department of a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods preferred
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring skills
