About the Job
• Formulate All Dosage Forms of products on small scale and scaling up their manufacture on large scale.
• Performing formulation trials for any of the products according to the predetermined procedures.
• Performing pilot trials and validation batches. Issues analytical and validation reports.
• Solving the problems encountered during the large scale production.
• Documentation and reporting all formulation trials. Observation and results.
• Performs the analysis of new products and prepares the experiments necessary and samples for stability, export & bio-equivalence studies. Preparing final stability reports.
• Ensures productivity is sufficient to meet time constraints established for current procedures and processes.
• Issues the functional SOPs.
• Reporting any other event or observation concerning equipment, utility, method, product or procedure and any other relevant item in the R&D department.
• To perform any other task related to the job description or nature.
Job Requirements
• Education: B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy is preferred, Chemists also accepted.
• Post graduate degree is a plus.
• Years of experience: 2 to 5 years’ experience in R&D & pharmaceutical industry.
• Gender: Male.
• English: Excellent verbal/written communication.
Skills:
• Excellent Computer Skills.
• Analytical Thinking.
Abilities:
• Capable of working in a team environment, delegating responsibilities.
Knowledge:
• Data Analysis, Pharmaceutical Processes, Research Methodologies.
