The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Identify key referral source opportunities, develop relationships, and drive Total Care solutions leading to branded scripts
- Maintain strong customer relationships with key chest/ICU physicians
- Plan and execute sales strategies with specialists to grow revenue and solutions adoption
- Market and sell Total Care respiratory products, and solutions
- Collaborate with support teams through sales process and long-term implementation of solution(s) using Customer
- Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Professionally represent Total Care as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions
- Achieving sales targets
- Maximizing sales and profitability
- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintaining and increasing standards of the professors & doctors' services
- Driving team performance
- Having your own Key chest/ICU physicians which allows you as a manager to cover any deficiency happening from the team.
- Managing your team in a professional way leading them to success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharma , Science or Biomedical Engineering
- Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in dealing with key chest/ICU physicians.
- Prior top ranked medical device, business to business (B2B) Sales experience highly preferred
- Exceptional sales, negotiating and closing skills
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Excellence in all forms of communication
- Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement
- Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- 7+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
