Job Description:
- To prepare marketing plans, analyzing the relevant markets and defining long and short -term qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- To manage communications with sales force and other peers and all strategic partners to ensure marketing objectives are met. Maintain close relations with the sales force to ensure interchange of information.
- To Communicate the product marketing strategies to the sales team through both product training and periodical meetings; to ensure cooperation regarding the strategies and to monitor the results.
- To maintain and develop credibility and reputation amongst KOLs, prescribers and pharmacists to ensure external product support and endorsement is maintained in order to achieve sales.
- To monitor and report progress of marketing plans according to agreed requirements in order to modify marketing mix to achieve sales objectives.
- To monitor the innovations, market developments and competitor activities regarding the product(s) he/she is in charge of; to keep the product vision dynamic in accordance with the market conditions; to develop projects to take benefit from opportunities in the market.
