Position Summary

A Digital and Social Media Lead will be responsible for managing Digital Social Media operations for the region under the scope of NBS Cairo.
A day in the life of...

  • Act as a Nestle Business Services ambassador to establish NBS Digital & Social Media in partnership with the markets in scope
  • Drive adoption of NBS services in alignment with global functional roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities with the markets for new service portfolio
  • Run business analytics and consumer research techniques using the provided tools
  • Extract deep consumer knowledge & competitive intelligence from multiple sources of information (structured and non-structured).
  • Generate market/function insights based on trend/brand/consumer/shopper/competitive knowledge through Realtime data mining and interpretation of internal/external social media data.
  • Ensure Business Continuity Plan for the Digital & Social Media operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Via Automation)
  • Develop functional capabilities of the team to support the End to End flow.
What will make you successful

    •  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field
  • Minimum 4~5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in Digital Social Media and/or consumer engagement services
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead, manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Digital and social media tools and platforms  
  • Strategic vision on Digital Marketing and Consumer Experience
  • Strong Leadership and Communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
  • Have a service orientation mindset to support the markets
