A Digital and Social Media Lead will be responsible for managing Digital Social Media operations for the region under the scope of NBS Cairo.
A day in the life of...
- Act as a Nestle Business Services ambassador to establish NBS Digital & Social Media in partnership with the markets in scope
- Drive adoption of NBS services in alignment with global functional roadmaps
- Identify opportunities with the markets for new service portfolio
- Run business analytics and consumer research techniques using the provided tools
- Extract deep consumer knowledge & competitive intelligence from multiple sources of information (structured and non-structured).
- Generate market/function insights based on trend/brand/consumer/shopper/competitive knowledge through Realtime data mining and interpretation of internal/external social media data.
- Ensure Business Continuity Plan for the Digital & Social Media operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Via Automation)
- Develop functional capabilities of the team to support the End to End flow.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field
- Minimum 4~5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Digital Social Media and/or consumer engagement services
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead, manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Digital and social media tools and platforms
- Strategic vision on Digital Marketing and Consumer Experience
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Have a service orientation mindset to support the markets
