Job brief:
- Create a plan, manage, and monitor social media campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the website and analyze the data.
- Gather and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
- Conduct competition analysis by analyzing our local and foreign competitors.
- Provide the sales department with market trends and consumer behavior.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Plan outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.).
- Plan the marketing department budget and activities.
- Coordinate internal marketing and the organization’s culture.
- Plan and conduct PR campaigns.
Status:
- Full Time.
- Subjected to the Six- Months Probationary period.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience.
- Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical Multinational Company is a must.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Presentable.
- Lives in New Cairo or nearby.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Pharmaceutical science.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.)and market research methods.
- Demonstrable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords).
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
