Provide processing support. Following the first role of to revise simple company’s activities for initial assessment; next step shall be built based on succeeding this step that could cover a set of responsibilities like final approval of specified simple activities in linked to interactions with Health Care Professional.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Coordinating approval Processes with high degree of efficiency. Serves as the point of contact for all stake holders (Sales Team) to ensure proper and efficient initiation, review and approval of activities.
- Review Date for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output with the initiators.
- Support the Implementation of AZ Policies, SOPs and procedure through its systems in all SLM activities submitted by Sales team.
- Liaise with initiators (Marketing or Medical Team) in Near East countries to review the supporting documents before escalating the contribution to the EI Committee to get their decision.
- Support in reviewing & preparing of SOPs.
- Reviewing the HCPS CVs versus the Selection Criteria to assess the FMV as per new NE SOPs of Ethical Interaction.
- Take Charge and follow administrative files in compliance with procedures.
- Ensure an interface with various departments related to nominated signatory role.
- Keep Information Confidential.
Minimum Criteria, Competencies & Personal Attributes:
- Appropriate scientific or healthcare qualifications
- Two-year Associate Degree or proven equivalent experience
- 1 year in Pharmaceutical Industry or 1 year of governance admin work is a plus.
- Fluent English
- Working knowledge of MS office
- Aware of and complying with the Code of Ethics of the pharmaceutical industry
- Organized, high political intelligence and accurate
- Self-developer and learner
- Able to communicate effectively with ease and confidence, both written and verbal
- With an eye for detail, manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively
- Has general knowledge of working on cluster level within a variety of cultures
- Works well independently, but also works in a team setting
- Flexible with a 'can-do' attitude, but will delegate when necessary
- Responsive, not reactive, using own initiative
- Demonstrate high degree of collaboration.
