• Maintaining the definition and clarification of quality standards for hospital personnel Supervising and assisting in recording and reviewing departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow up on the implementation and organization of internal reviews and follow up on corrective actions caused by it.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and development in developing the necessary plans
• Assist in the internal training of workers to achieve quality goals
• Developing quality projects according to work requirements.
• Assist the Director of Quality Management in carrying out his duties.

Job Requirements

• Egyptian.
• Bachelor degree of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry.
• TQM ,CPHQ or MQM is Required.
• Six Sigma black belts will be preferred.
• MBA or PMP will be advantage or more preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience
