Novo Nordisk Egypt belongs to International Operations Business Area Middle East, Africa and Caspian (IO-BAMEAC), with more than 160 employees who are working to improve the lives of people with diabetes, haemophilia and growth disorders.

We have a challenging opening for the position of District Sales Manager for Obesity with national responsibility, based in Cairo. As a District Sales Manager, you will be a member of the GLP-1 Business Unit, and you will report to the Business Unit Director.


About the Department 
Our main mission in the GLP-1 Unit is to maintain and improve the win-win partnership with our external stakeholders to be able to achieve competitive business results.

The Job
You will develop and implement the territory sales plan, manage and develop your team’s human resources, prepare the team’s sales and budget forecast and market reports, in addition that you are responsible to establish long lasting customer relations.

Last but not least you will manage your team cross functional collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications
You hold a higher pharmaceutical/Medicine degree (MSc, MBA is an asset). You have 3+ years of sales experience as a manager in the pharmaceutical field, preferably in obesity management. We expect you to be a strong communicator with a high energy level and ability to influence and collaborate with external and internal key stakeholders with fluent English skills.
