Product Manager GLP-1 Diabetes

Novo Nordisk Egypt belongs to Business Area Middle East, Africa and Caspian (IO-BAMEAC), with more than 160 employees who are working to improve the lives of people with diabetes, haemophilia and growth disorders.
NN Egypt has a challenging opening for the position of Product Manager GLP-1 Diabetes, based in Cairo. As a Product Manager, you will be a member of the GLP 1 Business Unit, and you will report to the Business Unit Director.
About the Department
Our main mission in the GLP1 Unit is to maintain and improve the win-win partnership with our external stakeholders to be able to achieve competitive business results.
The Job
You will be responsible to identify customer needs, trends and marketing opportunities, analyse marketing and competitor data, create the annual brand plan for assigned products, execute approved brand plan and strategy to meet current and long-term business objectives, develop the product related promotional material. In addition that you will train field force to use the promotional materials, prepare reports and evaluate product performance.
Last but not least, you will ensure that all corporate and product materials are compliant with visual identity guidelines
Qualifications
You hold a university degree in a relevant field (MBA/Marketing diploma/Business studies are considered a plus) You have at least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing department in multi-national pharmaceutical company. Previous experience in marketing of diabetes products is a must. We expect that you are an innovative person with a good ability to think outside of the box, high performer, result oriented, team player with good communication skills and high energy level who can collaborate effectively with external and internal key stakeholders; with proven records of achievements.
