Successful Candidate should have:

• 10+ years working on Recruitment/Talent acquisition.
• Excellent command of English Language.
• Having a remarkable experience in manpower strategic planning, hiring and staffing senior candidates across the globe.
• Having an extensive network throughout the marketplace.
• Experienced in applicant digital assessment techniques.
• Fill up the vacant senior roles with a high-quality candidate as fast as it is required.
• Comfortably manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, in highly dynamic environment.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree in human resources.
