Summary Of The Job:

Medical Scientific Liaison is the therapeutic area scientific expert responsible for identifying and building strong scientific partnerships with leading specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other partners) and scientific societies in different health care sectors. MSL is responsible for discussing our products, guidelines and clinical studies, on a peer-to-peer basis and considered an internal and external trusted scientific counterpart. MSL has to be able to generate meaningful insights from the scientific interactions and the ability to translate it into medical strategy in collaboration with other medical affairs partners. MSL role is critical in the pre-approval phase to learn about the unmet medical needs and educate HCPs to improve patients’ outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network with Leading Specialists and KOLs, understand their needs & key value drivers essential for medical affairs strategy and plans.
  • Develop and execute robust scientific communications plans with leading specialists and KOLs.
  • Develop and implement innovative multichannel medical education solutions.
  • Support Market Access Discussions through scientific education and communication of value story to relevant partners.


Qualifications
  • Education: MD, Pharmacist, Dentist
  • Years of Experience: minimum 2 years in medical affairs
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
