Summary Of The Job:

PHI Access Specialist is responsible for leading the execution of a robust comprehensive plan with PHI entities and companies in Egypt.
Work closely with the innovative access models lead and CVT members to develop and communicate tailored value proposition for PHI payers and employers to enable the private insurance patients access and adherence to the assigned Janssen innovative medications
Build strategic partnership and bridges with PHI landscape and ensure the execution of the optimum access models to optimize the PHI care pathway and fill the value gaps, ensure optimal coverage of PHI payers, providers and partners across the PHI network.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of PHI processes, drivers, needs, policies, barriers and dynamics.
  • Clear mapping of PHI landscape and key players' prioritization.
  • Build excellent relationships with a broad range of PHI partners.
  • Support in building a solid PHI tactical plan.
  • Execute the tactical plan to ensure access for PHI insured patients.
  • Understand and map PHI patient journey and network across TAs and drive cross functional coverage and engagement.
  • Identify the main gaps, barriers and bottlenecks in PHI pathway.
  • Implement innovative models and access solutions to overcome these gaps unlocking the PHI potential.
  • Identify PHI payer’s needs, mindset and decision criteria.
  • Customize and communicate PHI payers value messages & proposition to establish Janssen strategic portfolio value recognition enabling the patient access through the delivery of robust value for employer & payer.
  • Proposing, driving and implementing projects and actions to fill the gaps in the PHI and optimize the market access situation.
  • Lead a partnerships and contractual agreements with Key PHI stakeholders, PHI societies and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead digital communication, interactive channels and forums with PHI payers and PHI medical teams to deliver portfolio of focus value proposition.
  • Field based (70% external focus & 30% internal focus)

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CVT members based on deep knowledge of Products and CVT strategy to expand private insured patient access.
  • Work with HCC to tailor compliant access models.
  • work with legal Team to draft contractual and partnership agreements.
  • Engage closely with sales field force to map HCPs and ensure network optimization and maximize the approval rate.
  • Transversal collaboration with market access team.

Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of dynamic champions and associated TA.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry (1 year minimum).
  • PHI knowledge, pharmaco-economics exposure and market access experience is an added value.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
