Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in healthcare management.
  • Previous experience in Quality assurance department is a must.
  • Internal audit ISO certificate 9001:2008 ( Preferable ).

Key Responsibilties:

(1) Internal Audit:

  1. Develop annual audit plans including timing of audit activities.
  2. Assess and review efficiency and implementation of all processes and procedures within the organization through internal audits by examining records, reports, and documentation and gather audit evidences.
  3. Prepare audit checklists.
  4. Discuss audit findings and recommendations with managers and report significant issues to top management.
  5. Recommend corrective actions to improve operations.
  6. Prepare audit reports based on the results of stated audits to be presented and shared with top management.
  7. Follow-up on implementation of auditors’ recommendations and corrective actions.
  8. Complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
  9. Follow-up and complete monthly tasks related to Audit.
  10. Conduct ad-hoc investigations and reviews at the request of Top Management.
  11. Assist in the documentation and compliance assurance of the Quality Management System to meet the requirements of the ISO certificate. 
  12. Ensure Score card measured on time and provide appropriate feedback to managerial level  


(2) Reporting:

  1. Prepare Quarterly Production Report to be presented.
  2. Prepare Clients’ invoices reports to top management.

Job Authorities:
  1. Create and update the Annual Audit Plan and Schedule.
  2. Assign Audit team members.
  3. Examine the compliance of all processes and procedures at all levels.
  4. Address and report audit findings and recommendations.
  5. Validate clients’ contracts before being submitted.
  6. Report production status to Top management.
